One company needed a new Talent Acquisition strategy. I conducted a Job Analysis for every role in the company and the result was a completley new job description book and org chart and new key hires.
 
One company lacked policies designed for today's new workers: the Millennials. They are here, and every company needs a robust strategy to meet their needs, while setting them up for success. Do you have one?
 
One company needed to overhaul their Perfomance Review policy. I was able to implement a new, smart phone app that transformed the review process and increased retention immediately.

Last summer, a client asked me to help him climb up one level from Vice President to President at a prestigious East Coast College. This was a challenge for two reasons: 1. they had a different candidate in mind; 2.he was short on two critical requirements.

 

A recipe for disaster? No way!! We started with my personalized, in-depth Career Questionnaire which revealed accomplishments he'd forgoten about that would support his candidancy for the President role. Within 2 weeks he had a new, Executive level resume and online career brand, and applied to the position.

 

We moved on to interview prep, going through two practice rounds of tough interview questions. Then he got the news they wanted to interview him!

 

Two weeks later, he let me know that he was offered and accepted the President position, and he (and his family) were so excited to start their new lives!!
